White 1096996 while off loading tanks at a beach landing 1951 I was at the bottom directing tanks and equipment the gunny Sargent was screaming at me to get back inside the landing barge and I was trying to think what did I do wrong and I immediately went back in and then heard shots hitting the barge not only lucky that I did not get hit but I almost —- in my pants.
