DIs from the different services are arguing over which branch turns out the bravest people. The Airforce MTI goes first:
"Airman," he yells. An airman runs over. "Sir, yes sir!"
"You see that 30-foot flag pole over there? I want you to climb to the top of it and yell 'Go Airforce' and climb down."
The Airman yells "Sir, yes sir!" and does as instructed.
"That's nothing," says the Army Sgt. "Watch this. Soldier!" A soldier runs over. "Sir, yes Sir."
"You see that 30-foot flag pole over there? I want you to climb to the top of it, let go with one hand, salute, and yell 'Go Army.'"
The Soldier does as requested.
The Navy RDC says, "Oh, yeah? Seaman!" "Sir, yes sir!" "Climb that flagpole. Stand on top of it. Salute. Yell 'Go Navy' and come back down."
The Seaman says "Sir, yes Sir" and does as told.
Finally, the Marine DI says, "Not a problem. You Ladies ready? MARINE!"
"Sir, yes Sir!"
"I want you to climb that flagpole. Stand on top. Yell 'Semper Fi 'Till I Die' and leap off!"
The marine looks at his DI and says, "Sir. You are out of your f–king mind, Sir!"
The DI turns to the others and says, "Now THAT takes guts!"
