Hi,
I love your site and thought I’d share some pictures of my latest project. Since I got out of the corps I picked up model boat racing as a hobby. Last fall I started building a wood hydroplane from a set of plans I purchased. When I got done I thought of the perfect paint scheme that my fellow Marines would love. It’s made of 1/8th and 1/16th inch Birch plywood and it’s 48 inches long. It has a fully modified 26cc Zenoah water cooled weed whacker engine, rated at about 6hp. It can run about 60 mph in race trim. The finish is Fire Engine red stain with black and gold trim. Hope you guys like it.

Sgt. Grit, attached are pictures of my sister, Rhonda’s, demolition derby car for the Medina County, Ohio 2004 Demo Derby. This was her first year, so she was “self-sponsored.” She created the stencils, we painted and decorated the car. Our inspiration? Our No. 1 favorite jarhead – Dad. Dad is a retired Master Sergeant – Vietnam Veteran. We are truly “Marine Corp brats” through and through.

Sgt. Grit,
I have ridden many bikes over the years and now I finally have one that is new and I have been looking for ways to make it more personal and of course I thought of your website. I am still thinking of ways to fix it up the way I want and will always check your site first thanks for being there.

Sgt. Grit,
Some photos my Kentucky Marine Corps Veteran’s license plate before and after I recieved my . Not sure how many other states have license plates as such, but might be an interesting thing to showcase on the website if you can find many others. I display mine proudly everywhere I go and get quite a few car horn beeps and friendly waves from others with the same type of tag.
Best Wishes and Semper Fidelis,
