ANOTHER USMC ORIGINAL TATTOO
Sgt Grit, After retiring in 2001 and getting my first tattoo in 2007 I recently went to visit Camp Lejeune and decided to get another original piece of art done on my other arm. I had it drawn before I went. I had it done at Unique Ink at 411 Marine Blvd. Jacksonville, NC 28540. Phone number 910-346-5031 and web address www.uniqueinktattoo.com It was done by Owner/Artist Tom Boehm. I came to pick this place by doing a search of the area for tattoo shops out of about 15 shops in the area only 3 had web sites and only 1 did any kind of explaining about the artists experience in tattooing and of course Tom is a retired Marine GySgt so I figured he would know how to do my Marine Corps tattoo. Hope you enjoy the art.
Moto tat, got it back in 2007.

Huey and Cobra tattoo
I just got the Huey and Cobra tattoo in Nov of ’10. I designed it myself, and even had the artist subtly incorporate my M.O.S. into the design as the helicopter’s numbers: 6154. I was stationed at MCAS New River, NC from June ’99 to Sep ’03, and served with the HML/A-269 Gunrunners as an Airframes Mechanic on the Huey and Cobra. Sgt.
