On my left arm I have the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor on the center, on the front of the arm is the Kevlar, Boots, and Rifle. I needed a cover-up Tattoo and I wanted a Corps Tattoo to represent my Esprit de Corps and my time in. This was a picture given to me from my mother when she visited DC.

Semper Fi on right forearm… I got out in 1984, and felt it was time for some new Marine Corps ink… Never too old!!!

After retirement, I thought this was a good way to show that even though I don’t wear the uniform anymore, the Marine Corps is still inside.

Im currently in 2nd LAR as a scout and this was my first tattoo I always wanted a badass looking EGA and my brother who was in the Corps long before me and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and also was in Fallujiah and when I told him that I wanted to get one we went together to both get one. Honor, Courage, Commitment….

I started this design in early 2011, and had it completed in 2012. I had the devil dog part outlined, takig about 5 hours to complete. When healed, I had the EGA part added to the DD. Then in early 2012 I had the stripes of the flag and the letters of the U.S.A. I have many others, this is the first one I had put on the site due to the constant prompts from my son. Sure they are not real comfortable to have put on, especially in certain areas of the chest, back, or other sensitive areas, But in the MARINE CORPS, pain is just an after thought.
