Here is a picture of 3rd Recon hooch. Thought you might like to have it even though it is Bravo CO. Also air drop in 1967. I have a few more pictures on slides that I am going to have put on a cd, so I can scan and send to the Khe Sanh vets home page if he wants them.
Phu Bai Recon Team
This is my recon team in 1969 outside the ammo bunker in Phu Bai, waiting for a chopper to pick us up and haul our sorry tails into the Ashau Valley. That was probably the hairiest place I've been in my life, but incredibly beautiful. I'd love to see it now.
Photos taken of Golf Co
Photos taken of Golf Co. 2nd Bn 1st Marines sometime around May 1968 during Operation Lancaster.
Lift off from a hill somewhere near the Laotian border. HMM252 getting us out of another "hot one".
Landing back at Khe Sanh combat base, home sweet home. Cpl. Tom Manson Golf 2/1 on the airstrip at Khe Sanh.
I’m Looking For Someone
I am looking for the Marine pictured on the LEFT (or anyone who knows him or where he is). This is a picture of him after receiving the Bronze Star, for actions which occurred on July 4, 1967, at Dong Ha , RVN. Please contact me, Bill "Greek" George, at Renshi@aol.com

Camp Mcterous/Camp Butler Okinawa
I thought some of your readers might enjoy this photo of 3rd Service Battalion, Camp Mcterous/Camp Butler Okinawa and the small ville "Kawasaki" just outside the main gate. I did two tours at this base 61/62 and came back a year later 63/64. First tour in 2nd Lt Supt Co and the second tour in Medium Supt Co.
4th Marine Division Monuments
Sgt. Grit,
I thought you would like to see the new 4th Marine Division Monument put up this week. It sits at the "Veterans Memorial" Eisenhower Park, East Meadow N.Y. The 1st Marine Division Association also has a beautiful monument there.
Red Patch Marines
Unfortunately, I had to relinquish my command prior to their "Call to Glory". Nonetheless, I feel very much a part of this fine group of men and their families and wish to share their past and present with you and your readers.
