We had an outstanding day. This was a great time for Marines, family memebers, and supporters to get together.

Kid Stuff

The kids had a HMWWV Moonwalk to jump around in, tattoos, and face painting again this year. Kymiyo did a great job! 150ht (2K) 151ht (3K)

Silent Auction

All Proceeds benefited Toys for Tots. Total raised: $565

Up for grabs? Items such as a sword stand, USMC golf bag, a replica NCO sword… AND an opportunity to "PIE" Sgt Grit and Gunny Davis

Flag Raising

The "Grit Flag" belonging to WWII Veteran Gene Gustad has been raised at both Arlington and at Mt. Suribachi for the 60th Anniversary of the Landing at Iwo Jima. It was raised again May 14th at the GriTogether.

Tattoo Contest

Winning Tattoo Grunt Tattoo

47 USMC tattoo entries into the contest. The winning tattoo worn by Mr. Howell, was chosen by a panel of judges. It featured a memorial to our fallen Brothers.

About 40 door prizes were given away throughout the day.
