I am active with the MARINE CORP LEAGUE, and there is a gentlman 85 years old by the name of Wes Plummer that served in IWA JIMA & earned a SILVER STAR with VALOR, He was there when they raised the flag in MOUNT Suraboshe, HE continues to work 40 hours a week, goes to the GYM, and runs three times a week,there is not an ounce of FAT on him.
