My husband is currently a lance corporal with 3rd Battalion 2nd Marines (out of Camp Lejeune) serving in Iraq right now. We are high school sweethearts, and got married in March, while I was still finishing high school. In May, I graduated, and then moved with him to North Carolina. The day we moved into our apartment, he took me for a ride around Jacksonville, and surprised me with the opportunity to get the tattoo that a friend of mine helped me draw up. Being “Semper Fi” to each other has always been an important thing for us, and I couldn’t let him get all the fun moto tats! So anyway, Sgt. Grit, here is my tattoo! It is on my right shoulder.
