Are requesting your help in a campaign to have a US Navy Ship named in honor of Marine Hershel “Woody” Williams recipient of the Medal of Honor.
Mr. Williams received the Medal of Honor for his heroic actions “above and beyond the call of duty” on Iwo Jima in 1945. Please read his citation given him by President Harry S, Truman in 1945 by going to web-site: http://www.shadowwolf.org/woody.html
