My son, LCpl Joseph Wisneski, was deployed to Afghanistan for the first time last year. Before he left, I promised him we would get tattoos together when he returned. I never promise anything and I’m terrified of needles so there was no way he was going to miss this opportunity. When he came home in May, we did it.
